Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

✅ Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Products like innerwear, cosmetics, and clearance items are non-returnable.

🔁 Exchange:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

💸 Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

🚫 Return Rejections:

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is not in its original condition.
